对氯苄基四氢小檗碱氯化盐光学异构体的结构确证
Confirm of N-P-Chlorobenzyl Tetrahydroberberine Chloride Phothology Isomer Structures
【摘要】 目的:确证对氟苄基四氢小檗碱氯化盐的四个光学异构体的结构。方法:通过对对氯苄基四氢小檗碱氯化盐四个光学异构体的氢谱(1HNMR)、碳谱(13CNMR,DEPT135)、氢-氢相关谱(1H-1HCOSY)、碳氢相关谱(HMQC)、碳氢远程相关谱(HMBC)的解析,对所有的1HNMR,13CNMR谱的信号进行了归属。结果及结论:确证了对氯苄基四氢小檗碱氯化盐的四个光学异构体的光学结构。
【Abstract】 Objective: To confirm the four isomers’structures of N-P-chlorobenzyl tetrahydrorberberine chloride. Method: 1H nuclear magnetic resonance,13 C nuclear magnetic resonance( DEPT-135 ) ,1H-1H correlated spectroscopy (1H-1HCOSY) , (1H-detected) heteronuclear multiple-quantum coherece(HMQC) ,(1H-detected) heteronuclear multiple bond coherence ( HMBC) of N-P-chlorobenzyl tetrahydroberberine chloride isomers were interpreted. Result and Conclusion: All the 1 H NMR and 13C NMR chemical shifts were assigned by means of 1H-1HCOSY,HMQC and HMBC.
