【摘要】 高等师范院校面临着既不能满足初、中等教育改革的“需要”,又不能在高等院校中引领风骚的尴尬局面。这种局面的形成既有社会性不重精神文明的浅见和制度导致的师范院校地位、质量下降等外部的历史的原因;又有师范院校发展方向不明,学术虚浮等内部原因。更解决这一尴尬,须从提高质量,引领教育发展两个角度,厘定相关教育基本概念,转变思想,强化学生素质,拓宽学生视野,注重教育内容和方法创新,强化思想理论和教育技能,避免教改误区等方面着手。更多还原

【Abstract】 Normal colleges and universities face such embarrassment as neither satisfying the needs of primary and middle ed-ucation reform nor being excellent among the colleges and universities. There are outward historical reasons such as the su-perficial view and system of looking down upon spiriual culture which led to the declining of the position and quality of nor-mal colleges and universities, as well as the inward reasons such as without definite direction in development and superficical in learning. To solve this embarrassment, we should begin from the two angles: improve the quality and lead the develop-ment of education, so as to collate and stipu ate interrelated basic educational concept, change ideas, improve the students’ quality, widen the students’ field of vision, lay stress on the innovation of educational content and method, strengthen ideo-logical theory and educational technology to avoid errors in educational reformation.更多还原
