【摘要】 目的:分析海洛因依赖自愿戒毒者的人口学资料及人格特征。方法:对2003年绍兴市第七人民医院自愿戒毒中心及绍兴市安康医院戒毒所的196例海洛因依赖的自愿戒毒者进行人口学资料问卷调查及艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)调查,EPQ调查结果与常模进行对照分析。结果:海洛因依赖自愿戒毒者年龄主要在21～40岁之间,占79.59%,男性占80%;地区以外省市居多,占61.73%;文化程度初中以下占79.08%;职业分布依次为个体经商、服务业从业人员、无业,分别占39.8%、23.47%、18.37%。EPQ调查分析,海洛因依赖者中的外向、情绪稳定分比常模高,男性依赖者精神质分数也比常模增高。结论:外向性、渴望冒险、冲动性易产生焦虑及不理智行为是海洛因依赖者的人格特征,戒毒治疗同时,应加强心理干预,重建其人格及行为模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the demographic data and personality traits of heroin addicts for voluntary detoxification (HAVD). Methods: 196 cases of HAVD were assessed in 2003 at the Drug Addiction Recovery Centers of No. 7 People’s Hospital of Shaoxing City and Shaoxing Ankang Hospital with Demographic Data Questionnaire and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ). Analysis was made following the comparison between the results of EPQ and the norm. Results: Age: between 21 and 41, taking up 79.59%; Sex: 80% male; Region: 61.73% from other provinces and cities; Education: 79.08% up to the level of junior middle school; Occupation: 39.9% engaged in private business, 23.47% in service sector and 18.37% jobless. According to the analysis by EPQ, the scores of emotional stability of the heroin addicts with extrovert were higher than that of the norm and the male heroin addicts’ nervousness was also higher than the norm. Conclusion: The traits of heroin addicts are extroversive, subject to taking risks, impulsivity, anxiety and reasonless behavior. In the course of detoxification, psychological interference should be strengthened so as to rehabilitate their personality and mode of behavior.更多还原
