【摘要】 目的　了解北京市朝阳区工业企业职业病危害状况 ,为制定切实可行的防治对策提供科学依据。方法　对 1998～2 0 0 2年该区职业病危害因素监测与健康监护情况进行统计分析。结果　生产环境有害因素监测平均合格率 90 .8%。 5a间各类职业病观察对象检出率平均为 1.5 6% ,听力损伤人数呈上升趋势 ;各种职业病累计新发病例 83例 ,尘肺病和急性职业中毒居前 2位。结论　朝阳区乡镇企业职业病危害因素监测合格率与工人职业健康受检率最低 ,应加强该区尤其是乡镇企业职业病危害因素监测和健康监护工作 ,切实保障劳动者的身体健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 To learn the hazardous status of occupational diseases in industrial enterprises of Chaoyang district of Beijing, and provide scientific basis for establishing feasible preventive measures. Statistic analysis was made on the hazardous elements of occupational diseases and health protection status from 1998 to 2002. The average eligible rate of the hazardous elements in the productive environment was 90.8%; the average detective rate of all kinds of occupational diseases was 1.56%; the number of audition damages indicated an increasing tendency; the total of new occupational diseases was 83 cases, pneumoconiosis and acute occupational poisoning occupied the top two. [Conclusion] Both the eligible rate of hazardous elements and the rate of physical examination among enterprises of towns and villages of Chaoyang District were the lowest. Supervision work should be strengthened in that area to protect workers health.更多还原
