麻黄汤对小鼠的发汗作用
The Effect of Mahuangtang on Diaphoretic Function in Mice
【摘要】 目的观察麻黄汤对小鼠的发汗作用,探讨方中诸药君臣佐使的地位,阐明麻黄汤的配伍规律。方法采用组织形态学方法,以小鼠腋窝部皮肤汗腺导管的内径为发汗量的评价指标,观察麻黄汤给药后30min对小鼠的发汗作用。结果麻黄汤组、麻黄加桂枝组、麻黄组、桂枝组、杏仁组、甘草组、空白对照组小鼠腋窝部皮肤汗腺导管的内径分别为(3.298±0.122)μm,(3.778±0.183)μm,(2.965±0.153)μm,(0.763±0.104)μm,(0.515±0.104)μm,(0.523±0.098)μm,(0.508±0.111)μm。其中麻黄加桂枝组发汗作用最强,麻黄、桂枝具有发汗作用,杏仁、甘草无发汗作用。结论麻黄、桂枝、杏仁、甘草在麻黄汤中分别起到君臣佐使的作用,深刻体现了组方规律。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the influence of Mahuangtang(MHT) on diaphoretic function in mice,to discuss their status,such as principle,assistant,adjuvant and dispather-the four regular parts of a priscription,of the ingredients in MHT,and to illuminate compatible theories of MHT.Methods:Duct diameter of axillary sweat gland was taken as an index to estimate sweating quantity ,the diaphoretic function of MHT observed at thirty minute after administration.Results:The duct diameter of axillary sweat gland of MHT group,Mahuang+Guizhi group,Mahuang group,Guizhi group,Xingren group,Gancao Group was(3.298±0.122)μm,(3.778±0.183)μm,(2.965±0.153)μm,(0.763±0.104)μm,(0.515±0.104)μm,(0.523±0.098)μm,(0.508±0.111)μm,respectively.Mahuang+Guizhi compatible group was the strongest in seven groups.Mahuang and Guizhi had the diaphoretic function in mice,but Xingren and Gancao hadn’t.Conclusions:Mahuang,Guizhi,Xingren,and Gancao played a role of principle drug,assistant drug,adjuvant drug and dispather drug in the docoction separately.It embodied the compatible theories of the priscription thoroughly.
