【摘要】 目的　探讨唾液酸酶检测法在诊断细菌性阴道病中的临床应用价值。方法　对门诊 168例可疑细菌性阴道病患者的阴道分泌物标本分别以Amsel法和唾液酸酶法检查病原菌。结果　Amsel法检出病原菌113例 (67 3 % ) ,唾液酸酶法检出病原菌 13 4例 (79 8% ) ,两种检测方法均阳性者 112例 ,均阴性者 3 3例 ,两者的符合率为 86 4% (14 5 /168)。结论　唾液酸酶法是诊断细菌性阴道病的有效检查方法 ,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of BV blue in bacterial vaginosis. Methods The vaginal secretion collected from 168 suspected patients were detected to identify pathogen by Amsel test and BV blue test, respectively. Results 113 cases were found bacterium positive by Amsel test (67.3%) and 134 cases by BV blue test (79.8%), in which 112 cases were both positive and 33 cases were both negative, and the coincident rate was 86.4% (145/168). Conclusions BV blue test is an effective diagnostic method for bacterial vaginosis.更多还原
