【摘要】 目的:从体内抗病毒实验观察牛蒡子抗甲1型流感病毒作用。方法:以病毒滴鼻感染小鼠,观察肺指数、病毒致小鼠死亡率等的影响。结果:牛蒡子甙元在100μg/kg及10μg/kg口服均明显抑制甲1型流感病毒引起的小鼠肺炎实变;牛蒡子甙元100μg/kg浓度组对甲1型流感病毒感染的小鼠有死亡保护作用。结论:牛蒡子甙元是一种治疗流行性感冒的有效药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study anti-influenza virus effect of Arctigenin in vivo. Methods: The influences on lung index,death rate of mice infected by influenza virus were observed in the mice infected with virus from nose.Results: Experiments in vivo showed that Arctigenin at the concentration of 100 μg/kg and 10 μg/kg for the intranasal treatment markedly inhibited the lung consolidation of mice pneumonia caused by the infection of influenza virus.Arctigenin at the concentration of 100 μg/kg prolonged the survival time of mice infected with influenza virus.Conclusion: Arctigenin may be effective on treating influenza.更多还原
