栽培食用土当归根的化学成分研究

【摘要】 从栽培食用土当归根的乙醚部位分离得到8个化合物,经UV、IR、1H-NMR1、3CNMR等鉴定为:栲利烯酸(kaur-16-en-19-oic ac id)(Ⅰ)、十六烷酸(docosanoic)(Ⅱ)、二十二烷酸(hexadecanoic ac id)(Ⅲ)、豆甾醇(stigm as-terol)(Ⅳ)、16-甲酰基-15-烯-栲利烯酸(16-formyl-kaur-15-en-19-oic ac id)(Ⅴ)、7-酮基海松酸(7-oxo-ent-p im ara-8(14),15-d ien-19-0 ic ac id)(Ⅵ)、17-羟基-15-烯-栲利烯酸(17-Hydroxy-ent-kaur-15-en-19-0 ic ac id)(Ⅶ)、β-谷甾醇(sitosterol)(Ⅷ),其中化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

【Abstract】 Eight components were isolated and purified from the ethereal extract from cultivar Aralia cordata Thumb.By means of UV,IR,1H-NMR,13CNMR,they were identified as（Ⅰ） kaur-16-en-19-oic acid,（Ⅱ） docosanoic,（Ⅲ） hexadecanoic acid,（Ⅳ） stigmasterol,（Ⅴ） 16-formyl-kaur-15-en-19-oic acid,（Ⅵ） 7-oxo-ent-pimara-8（14）,15-dien-19oic acid,（Ⅶ） 17-Hydroxy-ent-kaur-15-en-19-oic acid,（Ⅷ） sitosterol.Among them,components Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ were isolated from the gunus of Aralia for the first time.
