【摘要】 目的观察Z字形钢针矫治大鼠漏斗胸的固定效果。方法按Nuss介绍的方法,利用Z字形克氏钢针对12只漏斗胸大鼠进行胸壁畸形矫正手术。结果接受Nuss手术的12只漏斗胸大鼠中,除1只因切口感染提前取出内固定外,另11只的内固定按期取出。其中9只矫形效果满意,2只明显改善,1只因提前取出内固定而畸形复发。矫治畸形总优良率和钢针固定稳固率均为91·7%(11/12)。结论在大鼠漏斗胸的Nuss手术中,利用Z字形钢针矫正胸壁畸形固定牢靠、矫形满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe effects of Z-shaped K ir schner wires for the correction of pectus excavatum (PE) in rats.Methods Surgical correction of PE as described by Nuss was performed by using Z-shaped Kirschner wires in 12 rats.Results Out of the 12 rats with PE treated by the Nuss procedure, the internal fixation material was remove d on schedule in 11 rats and in advance because of infection in 1 rat. Satisfact ory correction outcomes were obtained in 9 rats, significantly improved outcomes in 2, and recurrence of deformity in 1 because of untimely removal of internal fixation. Both the rate of excellent and good outcomes and the rate of stable fi xation of Kirschner wires were 91.7% (11/12). Conclusions Use of Z-shaped Kirschner wires in Nuss procedure for the correction of PE in rats i s reliable and satisfactory.更多还原
