一种改进的烟草丛顶病快速诊断方法

【摘要】 与病害特异的小分子RNA的检测是烟草丛顶病的主要诊断方法。本文报道了一种改进的与烟草丛顶病相关的小分子RNA的简便提取方法,在烟草丛顶病的快速、特异检疫中具有较好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Detection of the low molecular weight RNA associated with the tobacco bushy top disease is the main method of the disease diagnosis. An improved nucleic acid extraction method about the low molecular weight RNA associated with the tobacco bushy top disease was developed in this paper. The results showed that the improved method could be rapidly and specifically used in the quarantine of tobacco bushy top disease.
