【摘要】 目的: 探讨乳腺癌组织中细胞核体积与相关临床病理特征之间的关系; 方法: 收集55例乳腺癌标本的归档蜡块, 作连续切片, 8μm切片1张和相邻4μm切片4张, 行Feulgen染色;用细胞图像分析仪测定每例标本8μm切片的细胞核体积, 并比较与相关临床病理特征、雌孕激素受体及其DNA含量的关系; 结果: 8μm切片所测得的体积比4μm薄切片所测得的体积要大; 不同病理分型、不同组织学分级、不同临床分期、不同淋巴结转移状态、以及不同ER表达状态的样本细胞核体积有显著性差异; 165个样本的细胞核体积与DNA指数呈正的直线相关关系。结论: 8μm切片可以获得较为完整的细胞核体积; 细胞核体积可以作为判断肿瘤恶性度的较为客观的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the relationship of nuclei volume and clinicopathological characters inbreast cancers; Methods: Fifty paraffin blocks of breast cancers on file were collected and one 8um section and four 4um adjacent sections were cut. The sections were submitted to improved Feulgen staining. The nuclei volumes on 8um section were measured by image analyzer and were analyzed with clinicopathological characters, ER/PR, DNA stemline ploidy and heterogeneity. Results: The nuclei volume obtained from the 8μm tissue section was larger than the one from 4μm tissue section; The significant difference was found between different pathological type, histology grade, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, 5cERa, and ER express; There was also linear correlation and regression relation between nuclei volume and DI. Conclusions:Intact nuclei volume could be obtained on 8um section; Nuclei volume can be identified as an objective marker when tumor malignancy judged.更多还原
