【Abstract】 Life, health and safe are the foundation of student’s rights of human dignity and the school should attach great importance to it. The school must coordinate the following relations, namely, the relation between respecting the student’s freedom right and school discipline, the relation between safeguarding student’s reputation right and for the school to pass judgement on students, and the relation between student’s privacy right and misprision-supervision right and school’s management-educational behaviour.更多还原
