XDA-1型大孔吸附树脂对水中氯仿的吸附性能

【摘要】 研究了XDA-1型大孔吸附树脂对用自来水配制的低浓度溶液中氯仿的动态吸附能力,以及浓度、流速、温度和pH等因素对吸附过程的影响。结果显示,采用XDA-1大孔树脂吸附水中的氯仿,其吸附效率可达99%以上,泄漏点前的吸附量为160mg/ml。采用热空气热解吸方式回收氯仿,回收率达85%,为含氯仿工业废水的处理提出一种新的处理工艺。

【Abstract】 The dynamic adsorption ability of XDA-1 style macroporous adsorption resin to chloroform in water was researched in this paper. The influence factors as concentration, flow velocity, temperature and pH to the adsorption process were investigated. The results showed that adopting XDA-1 macroporous resin to treat chloroform solution, the removal rate may be above 99% and the adsorption capacity may reach 160mg/ml at the breakthrough point. At the same time, if adopting the way of hot air to reclaim the chloroform, the reclaim rate could reach 85%, thus a new idea for practical chloroform wastewater treatment could be brought forward.
