碳源和氮源对桑黄菌丝(Phellinus liteus)生长的影响

【摘要】 研究了影响桑黄菌丝生长的碳源和氮源。结果表明,桑黄菌丝生长的最适碳源是蔗糖,最适氮源是蛋白胨。

【Abstract】 The effect C-sources and N-sources on the Mycelial Growth of Phellinus linteus was studied in this paper.It was showed in this experiments that the optimum carbon source was sucrose and nitrogen source was peptone.
