纳米CeO2催化合成无毒增塑剂柠檬酸三丁酯

【摘要】 以柠檬酸和正丁醇为原料,以纳米CeO2为催化剂催化合成无毒增塑剂柠檬酸三丁酯.探讨了催化剂用量、酸醇物质的量比、反应时间、反应温度对反应结果的影响,对合成的产品进行了红外光谱分析.实验结果表明,纳米CeO2催化合成柠檬酸三丁酯的最佳条件为n(柠檬酸):n(正丁醇)=1:4.5,催化剂用量为柠檬酸质量的2.0%,反应时间为3.5h,反应温度为106-140℃,酯化率可达93.47%,产品纯度>98.8%.

【Abstract】 In this article, we discuss the nontoxic plasticizer tri-n-butyl citrate sythesized by using citric acid and n-butanol as materials with nanometer CeO2 as catalyzer, including the consumption of catalyst, proportion of acid alcohol, reaction time, and contribution of reaction temperature made to reaction results. The synthetics are analyzed by means of IR spectra. The experimental results shows that the optimum conditions for the synthesis of TBC over nanometer CeO2 are: molar ratio of citric acid to n-butanol being 1:4.5, the consumption of catalyst being 2.0% of the citric acid quantity, reaction time 3.5h, reaction temperature between 106-140℃, the ratio of esterification 93.47% and the purity of resulting product being over 98.8%.
