噬菌体展示随机肽库及其在抗原表位研究上的应用

【摘要】 本文主要介绍了噬菌体展示系统的原理,并就噬菌体表面展示系统的不同表达载体类别,分别做了描述, 同时讨论该展示系统在抗原表位研究上的应用。

【Abstract】 This paper majors in introducing the principle of phage display system, and describing the sorts of this system individually as different express vector. Furhermore, we discusse the application of this system especially in epitope research.
