Ni与Mn等对复合型球铁组织和性能的影响
Microstructure and Properties of Austenite―Bainite Type Nodular Cast Iron
【摘要】 根据不同的合金元素对球墨铸铁基体组织的影响,将锰、钼、镍和铜的含量合理搭配,以岩石为冷却介质,在连续冷却过程中获得了性能较好的奥氏体?贝氏体型球墨铸铁,HRC可达33~48,αk可达26 J/cm2~48 J/cm2。
【Abstract】 According to influence of different alloy elements on microstructure of nodular cast iron,the austenite-bainite cast iron can be obtained during continuous cooling process in which flocculent-rock as cooling agent by optimizing contents of manganes,molybdenum,nickeland coper.Hardness of 33―48 HRC and impact toughness of 26―48J/cm~2 are obtained.
