兔下腔静脉受压模型的建立及意义

【摘要】 目的:建立兔下腔静脉受压模型,为进一步研究髂静脉压迫综合征(IVCS)及深静脉受压与深静脉血栓形成的关系提供帮助。方法:将兔下腔静脉(IVC)和腹主动脉(AO)一起用压迫棒压迫,根据需要制作兔下腔静脉不同程度的受压模型,通过彩色超声测量(CUFI)与开腹直视测量及理论计算值的比较,验证兔下腔静脉受压模型制作的可靠性。结果:当IVC未受压和IVC直径压迫为2 0 %时,彩色超声测量的IVC直径及横截面积与直视测量及理论计算值没有显著性差异,P >0 .0 5。当IVC直径压迫达5 0 %时,彩色超声测量的IVC横截面积直径与理论计算值间没有显著性差异,P >0 .0 5 ,但直径存在显著性差异,P <0 .0 5 ;有2 5 % ( 3/ 12 )的兔在其受压远端IVC中有血栓形成。IVC直径压迫达6 0 %时,83% ( 10 / 12 )的兔在其受压远端IVC中有血栓形成。结论:兔IVC与腹主动脉一起结扎,制作兔下腔静脉不同程度的受压模型稳定可靠

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a model of the compression of rabbit inferior vena cava,help to study IVCS and the relation between the compression of deep vein and thrombosis.Methods:Rabbit IVC and AO were ligated together to bring on different degree of IVC stenosis to establish the model of the compression of rabbit inferior vena cava.The reliability of the model were testified by comparing the value of CUFI with practically measured value and calculated value.Results:When rabbit IVC was not compressed or it’s diameter-compressed 20%,there was no marked difference between the value of CUFI and practically measured and calculated value in diameter and cross section area( P >0.05).When IVC diameter compressed 50%,there was no marked difference between the value of CDFL and calculated value in cross section area( P >0.05),however there was marked difference in diameter( P <0.05).At one time there are 25% (3/12)IVC thrombosis when IVC diameter compressed 50% and 83%(10/12 ) IVC thrombosis when IVC diameter compressed 60%.Conclusion:The model is reliable and it can be used to study IVCS and the relation between the compression of deep vein and thrombosis.
