烟草生长过程中根系内源激素含量的变化规律

【摘要】 采用盆栽实验研究了烟草根系生长过程中根系和叶片中生长素,细胞分裂素,赤霉素及过氧化物酶,多酚氧化酶的分布规律,并分析了烟根内3种内源激素含量和两种酶活性的相关性,初步阐明了内源激素对烟草生根的诱导原理。

【Abstract】 The distribution of IAA, CTK, GA and peroxidase, polyphenol oxidase of growing tobacco root was studied by basined cultivation. The experiment analyze the relevance relationship between with three endogenous hormones and the two enzymes in tobacco roots. Clarifying the inducement principle of hormones to tobacco roots growing in rudiment.
