【Abstract】 In the process of socioeconomic fast development,because of neglecting of valid protection in river water environment,numerous rivers have encountered serious pollution.Is it to develop economy first and then to regulate pollution,or to develop economy with pollution regulation synchronously? What is main reason for river contamination? Is the river dirty itself or it is contaminated by dirty sewage water? Is to control flood first or to regulate pollution first? What kind of river we want to establish,a general ecosystem river conceptually or a safe river first? According to work experience and knowledge,the author analyzes and discusses the disputes and blurry concept dialectically in concept,strategy and technical standpoint of river pollution regulation at present.The author considers that sewage water intercepting,riverbed sludge dredging,riversides garbage management and river water source utilization are the most efficient synthetic measures for river pollution regulation.更多还原
