布吉河流域防洪调度的潮水补偿研究

【摘要】 潮汐是影响沿海城市防洪调度的一个重要因素。沿海城市的河流大多属于感潮河段,受潮水顶托影响,感潮河段的水位变化是潮水和洪水共同作用的结果,水位流量关系复杂。以深圳市布吉河流域的防洪调度为背景,在各种水文资料严重不足的情况下,研究了感潮河段的潮汐一般规律,通过对布吉河口的水位进行潮水和洪水的分离,用一种分段线性拟合的方法,对洪水波产生的增水进行了定量的分析,并且提出了根据潮水预报和增水关系进行潮水补偿调度的具体计算方法和过程。

【Abstract】 Tide is one of the important factors influencing flood control operation in the coastal cities. Most rivers in the coastal cities are of tideway. The relationship between water level and discharge is very complicated due to the variation in water level because of interaction between tide and flood during flood tide period. The rules of tides in tideway in lack of hydrological data are studied against the background of the flood control operation in Buji River Basin. The augment in the flood wave due to tide is analyzed quantitatively through separation of the tide and flood and segment linear simulation of the hydrograph at the estuary of Buji River; the specific calculation method and process are proposed according to the relationship between the tide forecast and augment in the flood wave.
