【摘要】 我国农业的“四低一高”,即农业商品化程度低、农产品市场一体化程度低、农产品加工程度低和农民组织化程度低,农民面临的交易成本高,是制约我国农民收入增长的重要因素。近年来,我国政府大力推进农业产业化经营,对提高农业商品化程度、农产品市场一体化程度、农产品加工程度,起到了有效的促进作用。但是,农民组织化程度低的问题还没有得到根本解决。为此,政府应当加大支持农民专业合作社发展的政策力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Low commercialization level, low vertical integration level, low processing level, and low organizational level, are 4 major factors limited farmer’s income growth. In past years, the government promotion on Agricultural Business Development, has largely increased the level of Agricultural commercialization, vertical integration and processing, but the problem of low organizational innovation remains unsolved.
