【摘要】 目的　探讨过氧化物酶体增殖体激活型受体γ(PPARγ)C161 T变异与高血压病的关系.方法　本研究采用病例对照设计,选出120例高血压病患者(高血压组)及116例非高血压病人员(对照组)为研究对象.采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性长度多态性方法测定PPARγ基因多态型.结果　高血压组与对照组PPARγ基因型的分布频率符合Hardy Weinberg平衡,高血压组与对照组PPARγCC基因型频率分别为76.7%,60.3%,CT基因型频率为20.8%,36.2%,TT基因型频率为2.5%,3.5%,高血压组PPARγCT基因型频率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论　PPARγCT基因型的多态性与高血压病相关.更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation of the peroxisome proliferator activated receptors γ(PPARγ)C161-T variants with hypertension.MethodsThe case control led study enrolled 120 patients with hypertension and 116 controls without hypertension. Polymerase chain reaction-stricted fragments length polymorphism was used to determine PPARγ gene polymorphism.ResultsPPARγ genotypes frequencies of two subjects were coincident with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The genotype frequencies in the case and control groups were (76.7%), (60.3%) for CC,(20.8%), (36.2%) for CT and (2.5%),(3.5%) for TT. PPARrct genotypes frequencies in hypertension group is lower than that in control group(P<(0.05)).ConclusionPPARγ CT gene polymorphism is associated with hypertension.更多还原
