花生壳中木犀草素提取工艺探讨

【摘要】 对花生壳中木犀草素的碱液提取工艺有关影响因素进行单因素分析和正交实验探讨,确定最佳优化工艺条件为:提取温度95℃,料液比(v/m)为20,氢氧化钠溶液浓度0.2mol/L,提取时间1.0h。氢氧化钠提取液用盐酸调pH值至3.0,沉淀物用乙酸乙酯溶剂萃取纯化,经减压浓缩蒸干,干物质得率0.64%,干物质含木犀草素可达19.50%。

【Abstract】 The influence factors for the luteolin extraction with NaOH solution were investigated in the single-factor experiment and orthogonal analysis. Results show that the optimum extracting conditions are as follows: extraction temperature 95℃, ratio of solute to solvent(v/w) 20, concentration of NaOH solution 0.2mol/L, and extraction time 1h. When the pH of extract liquid is adjusted to 3.0,the sediment is purified with acetic ether and evaporated under vacuum, the yield of dry matter is 0.64%,and the luteolin content of the dry matter is up to 19.50%.
