【摘要】 目的探讨普鲁卡因静脉麻醉对中枢性乙酰胆碱(Ach)释放的影响。方法采集50例健康人血浆,30例手术患者术前和静脉麻醉后全麻状态下术中、术后血浆,应用乙酰胆碱酯酶试剂盒测定Ach的活力水平。观察麻醉后不同时间普鲁卡因滴速、血浆普鲁卡因浓度、血浆Ach活性及Ach活性降低率的变化。结果患者术前血中Ach活性明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),而全麻状态下Ach活性又低于术前Ach活性,当术后患者恢复意识时Ach活性又基本上恢复到术前水平。结论普鲁卡因等麻醉药可使Ach的释放受到抑制,麻醉时,突触的胆碱能释放功能受到抑制,麻醉苏醒时,该功能恢复正常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the influence of intravenous anesthesia with procaine on the release of central nervous Ach. Methods 50 samples of plasma were collected from healthy people, and 30 samples of plasma from cases prior to surgical operation, during anesthesia and after operation respectively. The activity of Ach in the plasma was measured. Then observe the dropping speed and concentration of procaine at different time during anesthesia, and the subsequent changes of the activity of plasma Ach and the slowdown of its activity. Results The data showed that the activity of plasma Ach prior to operation was considerably lower than that of the control group (P <0.01), and that the activity of Ach during anesthesia was lower than that prior to operation. The activity of Ach recovered to normal level when the patient woke up after operation. Conclusions Anesthetics can restrain the release of Ach. The function of synapse on releasing Ach is restrained during anesthesia while the patient wakes up after anesthesia its function turns to normal.更多还原
