【摘要】 建立差压预冷箱阻力特性测试装置,对黄瓜、胡萝卜为代表的圆柱形果蔬在压差预冷过程中的阻力特性进行实验研究,通过对不同流量空气以及相应产生的压降进行测量分析,以拟合出圆柱形果蔬流动阻力系数S计算公式,为此类果蔬差压预冷气流组织和预冷箱设计提供有益的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,an experimental device has been set up to test the pressure drop in the pressure-difference precooling of cylinder fruit.The effects of pressure drop with different air flow rate have been analyzed and the relationship between air flow rate and pressure drop have been found out.The paper also analyzes the influence factors of the resistance coefficient S,and Equation is also developed for prediction of S.It provides theoretical basis for design of pressure-difference cartons and precooling system.更多还原
