厘清学衔制度、学位制度、职称制度的几点思考
Reflections on the Academic Title System,Academic Degrees System and Professional Titles System
【摘要】 文章对学衔制度、学位制度、职称制度进行了界定。提出学术成果应重质不重量,理顺学衔系列只宜在高等院校或科研、文创机构设立学衔等级。
【Abstract】 based on an analysis of the differences between academic title system,academic degrees system and professional titles system,the paper argues that quality rather than quantity should be given top priority in academic achievement.
