牵伸条件对聚酯长丝性能的影响

【摘要】 聚酯在高速纺丝过程中,施以不同的拉伸倍数与温度,会造成纤维结晶度与取向度的变化,从而影响纤维的物理性能。文章通过对不同拉伸倍数及不同温度处理的POY的分析,探讨长丝纱的强度、伸长度及沸水收缩率等物理机械性能随处理条件变化的影响情况。为异收缩聚酯纺毛产品的开发提供参考。

【Abstract】 While polyester fiber is subject to different draw ratio and heating temperature during high speed spinning, its original molecular orientation and crystallinity of polyester fiber are changed. As a result, the physical properties of polyester fiber are affected. The physical properties of polyester fiber including tenacity, elongation and boiling shrinkage are investigated by testing the POY filament processed with different draw ratio and heating temperature in this paper.
