两系杂交水稻谷粒性状的遗传及相关分析

【摘要】 以5个两用不育系与22个恢复系(或常规品种)为供试材料,组成5×22NCⅡ交配设计,对两系杂交稻谷粒性状进行了遗传及相关分析。结果表明,谷粒长、粒宽、长宽比和千粒重等4个性状均为加性效应起主导作用,同时受父母本的影响,而且其影响均达显著水平。千粒重、粒长、粒宽和长宽比都有很高的广义遗传力,分别为99.24%,98.80%,93.50%和97.42%。相关分析表明,千粒重与粒长、粒宽和长宽比均达极显著正相关;粒长与长宽比达极显著正相关,与粒宽未达显著相关;粒宽与长宽比达极显著负相关。通径分析表明,千粒重、粒长和粒宽对长宽比的直接通径系数分别为0.0031,0.8886和-0.5600;粒重通过粒长、粒宽两性状的间接通径系数达0.6069和-0.3493。

【Abstract】 Using five S lines and 22 male parents as the materials, a 5×22 incomplete diallel cross was carried out for studying the inheritance of the grain characters in two-line hybrid rice. The results showed that the grain length, width, length/width ratio and 1 000-grain weight were all mainly governed by additive effects and significantly affected by both male and female parents at 1% level. 1 000-grain weight, the grain length, width, and length/width ratio had all a very high broad heritability (h2_B) of 99.24%, 98.80%, 93.50% and 97.42%, respectively. The correlated coefficients between 1 000-grain weight and the grain length, width and length/width ratio were positively significant at 1% level; that between grain length and length/width ratio was positively significant at 1% level, but that between grain length and width was not significant, that between grain width and length/width ratio was negatively significant at 1% level. The results of path analysis indicated that direct path coefficients of 1 000-grain weight, grain length, and width to length/width ratio were 0.003 1, 0.888 6 and-0.560 0, respectively, the indirect path coefficients of 1 000-grain weight to length/width via grain length and width reached 0.606 9 and-0.349 3, respectively.
