水稻苗重的耐冷性动态QTLs定位
Age-specific mapping of QTLs associated with cold tolerance for seedling weight in rice (Oryza sativa L.)
【摘要】 以籼粳交组合IR64/Azucena产生的105个DH群体为遗传材料,采用包括加性、上位性及其与环境互作效应的条件和非条件QTL定位方法,分析了3叶期低温处理下苗期5个阶段与秧苗重量有关的QTLs.结果表明,在苗重发育的不同阶段,控制苗重的QTLs数目,效应大小及作用方式不同.与苗重有关的17个非条件QTLs中,14个检测到具有显著的加性×处理互作效应,这些QTLs决定了苗重性状对环境的特异性变异.条件分析表明,第23~30d(低温胁迫后第1周)具有各项遗传效应的基因和第16~37d(低温胁迫开始后的3周内)具有加性×处理互作效应的基因表达较为活跃.另外,检测到25对上位性位点影响苗重,尤以第30d检测到的上位性位点最多,同时也揭示了上位性的几个重要特征.
【Abstract】 A doubled haploid (DH) population derived from a across between a japonica male parent Azucena and a indica female parents IR64, was used for detecting QTLs related to seedling weight under 3-leaf cold treatment situation at five measuring stages, with additive, epistasis and their QE effects by unconditional and conditional mapping methods. The results showed that the numbers, the magnitude of the effects and the operation manner of the QTLs affecting seedling weight were different at different measuring stages. Of the 17 QTLs controlling seedling weight detected by unconditional mapping, 14 QTLs were found with significant additive × treatment interaction effects which determined the differential response of the seedling weight to environmental variation. Conditional QTL analysis indicated that the gene expressions were quite active at the intervals from 23th day to 30th day (a week after cold treatment) for the QTLs with various genetic effects, and the intervals from 16th day to 37th day (within three weeks from cold treatment starting) for the QTLs with additive × treatment interaction effects. In the study, with two mapping methods, there were 25 pairs of QTLs involved in epistasis for seedling weight, and most interactions were detected from 23th day to 30th day. Several important features of epistasis were also revealed.
