温州地区鸭疫里默氏杆菌的分离、鉴定及药敏试验

【摘要】 从浙江省温州地区2004年鸭场送检病死鸭的脑、心包液、脾及肝中分离到WZ1和WZ2两株细菌,将这两株细菌进行菌落形态观察、染色镜检、生化、血清鉴定及动物回归试验,证实该两株菌为鸭疫里默氏杆菌。两株细菌均对新霉素、头孢孟多、氟嗪酸及壮观霉素等抗生素敏感,对氟哌酸、氨卡青霉素、链霉素、庆大霉素、环丙沙星、氯霉素等不敏感。血清学试验表明,WZ1和WZ2两待检菌株血清型一致,但均不属于1型和2型。

【Abstract】 Two bacteria strains (WZ1 and WZ2) were isolated from brain, fluid of heart, spleen and livers in sick ducks in Wenzhou city. The bacteria were identified by micro-morphology and biochemical characteristics assays. The bacteria isolated from challenged ducks had the same biological characteristics as strains WZ1 and WZ2. All the proofs showed that bacteria strains WZ1 and WZ2 were Riemerella anatipestifer.The strains were sensitive to neomycin, cefamandole,et al.The two stains WZ1 and ZW2 are the same serotype based on plate agglutination,but neither of them belongs to serotype 1 and serotype 2.
