【Abstract】 Farmers first had been ruling thought in feudal dynasty. The government of Ming dynasty took a series of policies and measures to protect and develop agriculture, which became the decisive factor on agriculture economic development in Xuanfu Town. This paper discusses emphatically the central government’sbenefiting-farmers policy to Xunfu Town in Ming dynasty such as reducing rent and taxation, cultivating fields and reclaiming wasteland, and providing disaster relief and recovering old industries.更多还原
