【摘要】 目的:探讨心脏神经症患者的心功能特点。方法:采用心阻抗法检测4 6例心脏神经症患者和5 0例健康成年人的心功能各项指标。结果:心脏神经症患者的SV、CO、CI、HI和AC均明显低于健康对照组(P <0 .0 1) ,而TPR明显高于对照组(P <0 .0 1) ,而且心脏神经症患者的心室舒张功能显著低于正常对照组。结论:心脏神经症患者的心脏收缩和舒张功能均减退。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the cardiac function of patients with cardiac neurosis(CN).Methods: The cardiac functions of 46 patients and 50 healthy adults with impedance cardiograph. Results: It was demonstrated that SV?CO?CI?HI and AC in patients were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.01), but TPR in patients was significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.01). The ventricular diastolic function of patients was significantly lower than that in control group. Conclusion: Impaired ventricular contractive function and diastolic function were found in patients.更多还原
