【摘要】 目的对自制补骨脂汤与密钙息治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床疗效进行对比研究。方法将161例临床确诊的老年性骨质疏松症患者随机分为两组:Ⅰ组(n=81)应用自制补骨脂汤治疗;Ⅱ组(n=80)应用密钙息治疗;两组均辅以口服钙剂,连续治疗6个月后复查骨密度(BMD),观察疼痛症状改善情况及血钙(Ca2+)、血磷(P5+)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)指标。结果两组治疗后两个部位的BMD值均明显升高,但组间比较差异无显著意义(P>0·05);两组的疼痛缓解总有效率分别为88·89%、90·00%,两组间无显著差异(χ2=0·02,P>0·05);治疗前后两组的血Ca2+、P5+和ALP均无显著变化,且在正常范围内。结论自制补骨脂汤与密钙息治疗骨质疏松症效果同样显著,但补骨脂汤具有价格低廉、服用方便、副作用小等优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo draw a comparison of Buguzhi and miacalcic through treating senile osteoporosis.Methods161 clinical cases of senile osteoporosis were randomly divided into 2 groups,group Ⅰ(n=81) treated by Buguzhi,group Ⅱ(n=80) treated by miacalcic.Both of the two groups were given the peroral calcium.After six consecutive months’ treatment,reexamined BMD,and observed the mend matters of pain,the levels of serum calcium(Ca~ 2+),phosphourus(P~ 5+) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP).ResultsThe levels of BMD’s two parts in the two groups were increased.But there were no significant difference in two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of relieving pain between Buguzhi and miacalcic is 88.89%,90.00%.There were no significant difference in two groups(χ~2=0.02,P>0.05).The levels of serum calcium(Ca~ 2+),phosphourus(P~ 5+),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),within the normal scope,had no significant change between two groups before and after treatment.ConclusionsBoth of Buguzhi and miacalcic have significant curative effect in treatment,but the price of Buguzhi is cheaper.It’s easy to take and has minimal side effect,etc.更多还原
