【Abstract】 Income capitalization method is a prevalent approach of evaluating agricultural land price.As an important parameter,the calculation of net income directly influences the correctness of agricultural land price.To begin with,this paper analyzes existent problems about net income calculation.Then this paper probes into the method and process to calculate the net income by using the grey model and C-D productive function model and gives a demonstration.The discussion will play an important role in the present agricultural land evaluation.更多还原
