【Abstract】 As the influence of geologic environment is strengthened by the human activities, the prevention and curing of geological calamity should be paid more attention to, the pace of constructing the legal system is being accelerated. The law and regulation will be set up, perfected, and will be more and more refined and operable. This paper probes into the importance of constructing the law and regulation,the current situation of the regulation and existing problem, and put forward the suggestions for perfecting the legal system about preventing and curing of geological calamity in our country.更多还原
