【摘要】 目的加强门诊手术室医院感染的控制与管理,降低医院感染的发生率。方法针对门诊手术室的工作特点,制定并落实各项有效的消毒隔离措施和感染监测制度,严格执行无菌操作规程,创造合格的手术环境。结果无菌切口感染率为0.23%,特殊感染手术无医院感染发生。结论加强门诊手术室医院感染的管理,可有效地防止医院感染的发生,降低无菌切口感染率。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To strengthen the ad mi nistration of the hospital infection control in the outpatient operating room fo r decreasing the rate of the hospital infection. METHODS According to the working characte ristics of the outpatient operating room,we enacted and implemented the effecti ve measures of disinfection,detention and infection monitoring institution,str ictly implemented the asepsis operating rules,and created a valid operation env ironment. RESULTS The infection rate of the incisio nal wound was 0.23%.the hospital infection was not happened in the special inf ected operation. CONCLUSIONS To strengthen the administra tion of the hospital infection control in the outpatient operating room can effe ctively prevent the hospital infection and reduce the infection rate of the inci sional wound.更多还原
