立管严重段塞流控制方法实验研究
Experimental study on the control method of severe slug flow in riser
【摘要】 海底管道普遍存在“下倾管-立管”结构,这种结构极易引发立管严重段塞流,影响正常生产。为了研究立管严重段塞流及其控制方法,中国石油大学(北京)多相流实验室建造了一套半U形管实验架。利用该实验架进行了多种工况的模拟实验,分析了半U形管结构对流体流型的影响、立管严重段塞流的形成过程以及立管严重段塞流发生时流体流动参数的变化规律,并进行了阀节流控制实验研究,提出了利用立管末端节流阀抑制段塞流形成的方法,这一方法已在渤海海底管道生产实际中得到应用。
【Abstract】 "Declined pipe-riser" structure is usually installed on ocean platform especially in deep water,which will lead to severe slug flow easily and impact the production.A transparent semi-"U" type experimental rig was constructed at Multiphase Flow Lab in CUP(China University of Petroleum,Beijing) in order to study the characteristics of severe slug flow and the control method.The rig have been used to complete many simulation experiments for various cases,and analyze the influence of the semi-"U" structure on flow pattern,the forming of severe slug flow,the changes of flow parameters during severe slug flow,and the study of choke control.Finally,it is suggested to use choke valve at the riser end to restrain the forming of slug flow.This control method has been applied in Bohai submarine pipeline successfully.
