1-[(4-氯苯基)苄基]哌嗪单一对映体的制备
Preparation of Single Enantiomer of 1-[(4-Chlorophenyl)phenylmethyl]piperazine
【摘要】 以正三丙胺为溶剂兼缚酸剂,由α-(4-氯苯基)苄胺的单一对映体与N,N-二(2-氯乙基)-对甲苯磺酰胺进行闭环反应,然后脱保护基得到标题化合物,总收率60%以上。
【Abstract】 The title compound was synthesized from single enantiomer of α-(4-chlorophenyl)benzylamine bycyclization with N,N-bis(2-chloroethyl)-p-toluenesulfonamide using n-tripropylamine as solvent and acid scavenger andthen deprotection with an overall yield of 60%.
