彩色多普勒显像在甲亢鉴别诊断中的应用

【摘要】 检测20例Graves病(GD)甲亢和19例非GD甲亢患者的甲状腺131I吸收率并用彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)测定甲状腺上动脉的收缩期最高血流速度(Vmax)和动脉舒张期内径宽度(φ)。GD组Vmax和φ明显高于非GD组。CDFI对GD的鉴别诊断有帮助。

【Abstract】 I uptake of thyroid and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) of superior thyroid artery (STA) were performed in 20 patients with Graves′ disease (GD) and 19 patients with other causes of hyperthyroidism. Maximum velocity and diameter of STA in patients with GD were much higher than those in non-GD group. CDFI of STA seems to be a useful tool in differential diagnosis of hyperthyoidism.
