【摘要】 从提高多段控制回路的协调性入手,以某一具体控制系统为例,详细分析了回路之间的相互关系,并在此基础上提出了新的控制系统模型。结合实际生产工艺,编程实现了多段控制回路的协调运行。实践证明,多个控制回路的协调工作提高了整个浓度控制系统的控制精度、响应速度、抗干扰能力和鲁棒性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the practical application,the multistage control of pulp consistency shows poor anti-interference,slow response speed,which limits the improvement of the control performance.On this basis,the relationship between the loops is analyzed,and a new control system model is suggested.The coordination of multiple control loops improves the precision of control,response speed,anti-interference and robust ability of the whole consistency control system.更多还原
