【摘要】 介绍了自行开发和研制的可代替盘式浓缩机和斜螺旋浓缩机对废纸脱墨浆进行洗涤浓缩的高速洗浆机。经实际应用表明:该机单机浓缩效果好,进浆浓度为0.8%~1.5%,出浆浓度为10%~15%;灰分去除率高,洗浆效率高,能高效地去除油墨粒子、填料及其他细小杂质,提高浆料白度。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,we have developed the high speed Washer with international advanced level.The machine presented in this paper has complete close structure which has a shell made of stainless steel.It can replace the disc thickener and the inclined screw thickener,and can be used for washing and thickening in waste paper deinking process.The machine is manufactured by using advanced technology and with high automation level.It has high dewatering and washing efficiency,the pulp can be concentrated from 0.8～1.5% consistency to 10～15%;the ink particles,fillers and other impurities can be washed out efficiently.The machine can widely used in deinking process.更多还原
