【摘要】 目的初步研究束花石斛DendrobiumchrysanthumWallexLindl的抗凝血作用。方法在研究比较束花石斛、金钗石斛DendrobiumnobileLindl、球花石斛DendrobiumthyrsiflorumRchbf和鼓槌石斛DendrobiumchrysotoxumLindl的乙醇提取物对小鼠全血凝血时间的影响基础上,观察束花石斛乙酸乙酯部位、生物碱部位和正丁醇部位对小鼠全血凝血时间和小鼠出血时间的影响,进一步对束花石斛乙酸乙酯部位用小鼠凝血因子和大鼠颈总动脉颈外静脉血流旁路实验性血栓法进行测定研究。结果在全血凝血时间实验中束花石斛乙醇提取物与其他三种石斛乙醇提取物相比对凝血时间的延长作用最为显著;而束花石斛乙酸乙酯部位与其他两个部位相比,对全血凝血时间和出血时间的延长作用最为显著,并能抑制大鼠颈总动脉颈外静脉血流旁路实验性血栓的形成,但对凝血因子没有显著作用。结论束花石斛乙酸乙酯部位可能主要通过抑制血小板聚集来发挥抗凝血作用的。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To investigate anticoagulant function of Dendrobium chrysanthum Wall. ex Lindl..METHOD:The effect of Dendrobium chrysanthum ethanol extract was measured by the whole blood clotting time in mice compared with ethanol extract of Dendrobium nobile Lindl., Dendrobium thyrsiflorum Rchb. f. and Dendrobium chrysotoxum Lindl.;the effect of Dendrobium chrysanthum alkaloid extract,n-butanol extract and ethyl acetate extract were evaluated by the whole blood clotting time and bleeding time in mice respectively;and the effect of Dendrobium chrysanthum ethyl acetate extract was determined based on coagulant agents of mice and experimental thrombosis in rats.RESULT:The whole blood clotting time of the ethanol extract of Dendrobium chrysanthum is longer than that of the other three species;the ethyl acetate extract of Dendrobium chrysanthum can lengthen the whole blood clotting time and the bleeding time while the alkaloid extract and n-butanol extract do not have obvious effect;The ethyl acetate extract of Dendrobium chrysanthum can inhibit the creation of the thrombus of the experimental thrombosis in rats.CONCLUSION: The ethyl acetate extract of Dendrobium chrysanthum perhaps mainly exhibits anticoagulant effect by inhibiting platelet aggregation.更多还原
