【摘要】 车牌定位技术是车牌识别技术中最重要的部分,为了能在不同条件下准确、快速的定位车牌位置,提出了一种根据车牌区域的边框特征以及牌照区域二值化后车牌内部的纹理特征灰度变化频率来定位车牌的算法。实验证明这种算法具有定位准、适应性强的特点,符合实时性的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is the important part of license plate location in license plate recognition technology.In this paper,orients an algorithm of license plate location on the basis of texture characteristic of license plate binary image combined with line scanning.Studies have shown that the algorithm of license plate location can get better result,and the algorithm has better interference immunity.更多还原
