单螺杆挤出机内聚丙烯/聚酰胺6共混物形态演变的研究

【摘要】 在测定聚丙烯(PP)/聚酰胺6(PA6)共混物各组分剪切黏度的基础上,通过自制的在线取样装置从单螺杆挤出机沿程取样,借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)获取PP/PA6共混物样品的微观形态,采用图像处理软件定量分析分散相的形态。结果表明:螺杆沿程存在层状纤维生成与破裂以及液滴的变形与破裂两种现象。形成的层状结构长厚比最大约为9:1,最终分散相球状液滴的平均等价直径约为2.78μm。

【Abstract】 Shear viscosity for each component of polypropylene (PP) /polyamide 6 (PA6) blend was measured. The PP/PA6 blend samples during extrusion were taken along a single screw extruder through a specially designed sampling device and were then examined using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The morphology of the dispersed phase was quantitatively analyzed using an image analysis software, both fibrillation and drop-splitting were observed. The maximum length to thickness ratio of laminar dispersed phase was about 9:1. The final average equivalent diameter of droplet was about 2.78 μm.
