【Abstract】 The type of whiskers and the modification of thermosets, thermoplastics, elastomers and unsaturated polymers with whiskers are reviewed. The whisker modified resins have been used in the fields of printed circuit boards (PCB), astronavigation structural units, optical sensors, acoustics units, wearing resistance materials and household products. The mechanical properties, wear resistance, heat resistance, electric properties, and appearance quality of the materials were greatly improved.更多还原
