胰酶和2709混合酶助浸水的研究
Study on using trypsin and 2709 mixed protease in soaking
【摘要】 将胰酶和2 70 9混合酶应用于生皮浸水,研究其在相同温度、不同时间、不同pH值条件下的应用效果。测定了浸水后皮的含水量、浸水液中蛋白质含量和羟脯氨酸含量,并对浸水皮进行了感观评定。结果表明:胰酶和2 70 9混合酶作为黄牛盐湿皮浸水助剂,不仅可以缩短浸水时间,去除绝大部分污物和部分纤维间质、少量油脂,还可以减轻颈部皱纹,提高得革率,使浸水皮更柔软、丰满。通过探索性试验,确定了胰酶和2 70 9蛋白酶作为黄牛盐湿皮浸水助剂的使用条件为:常温,液比为3 ,pH值为9.5 ,胰酶和2 70 9蛋白酶各占5 0 % (以酶的使用量为0 .0 1 6%皮质量计) ,浸水时间为9h。
【Abstract】 Trypsin and 2709-protease were combined in different ratio in soaking. And the experiments were carried out under the same temperature, different time and different pH. By testing protein content in the waste liquor of soaking and hand feel of the leather, the results showed that using the trypsin and 2709-alkaline protease as soaking agent, soaking time can be shortened, the wrinkles in neck can be decreased, and area yield can be increased, also the leather has a soft and full hand feel. In this experiment, the conditions of using trypsin and 2709-alkaline protease as soaking agent were worked out.
