稀土钼合金第二相粒子尺度对材料加工性能的影响
EFFECT OF SECOND PHASE PARTICLES SIZE ON THE PROPERTIES OF MOLYBDENUM ALLOY
【摘要】 采用粉末冶金法制备了微米尺寸和准纳米尺寸的氧化镧粒子增强钼合金。结果表明,随着氧化镧粒子含量的增加和尺寸的减小,钼粉粒子尺寸和松装密度减小,烧结体硬度、抗拉强度、屈服强度、延伸率和密度均提高,表现出了良好的强韧化效果。
【Abstract】 The molybdenum alloy reinforced by lanthana particles with the sizes of nanometer and micron was prepared by powder metallurgy. The results showed that with the increase of lanthana content and the decrease of lanthana particles size, the Mo particles size and loosening ratio would be decreased, but the hardness, tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and density of sintering body would be increased. The effect of combination of strength and toughness was better.
