驻景丸加减方对实验性视网膜光损伤闪光视网膜电图的影响

【摘要】 目的观察驻景丸加减方对视网膜光损伤后闪光视网膜电图(flashelectroretinogram,F-ERG)的影响。方法健康SD大鼠50只(100只眼),体重150~180g,随机分为高剂量组,中剂量组,低剂量组,模型组和正常组,每组10只(20只眼)。除正常组外,连续给药4周后,各组实验用大鼠接受1900±1069(Lux)绿色荧光灯24小时持续光照射。光照后继续给药1周,观察各组间闪光视网膜电图、视网膜形态的差异。结果F-ERG各波波幅组间比较,模型组较正常组显著降低(P<005),高剂量组较模型组显著升高(P<005)。中剂量组a波波幅较模型组升高明显(P<005)。结论中、高剂量的驻景丸加减方对视网膜光损伤后F-ERG中a波振幅的降低有保护作用;高剂量的驻景丸加减方可有效的保护光照后F-ERG中b波振幅的降低。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of the modified zhujingwan(驻景丸加减方)decoction on retinal photo damages by flash electroretinogram (F-ERG).METHODS Fifty healthy Sprague-Dawley rats(100 eyes),weighted between 150g and 180g,were divided into 5 groups: high dose group,middle dose group,low dose group,model group and normal group.Given corresponding druggery for 4 weeks,All the groups except the normal one were continually exposed to green fluorescent light with an level of 1900±106.9(Lux)for 24 hours.After light exposure the rats were fed with corresponding druggery for 1 week.Then observe the difference of F-ERG between the groups.RESULTS The average amplitude of a-wave and b-wave of the model group was lower than that of the normal group(P<0.05),the high dose group′s average amplitude of a-wave and b-wave was higher than that of the model group(P<0.05).The average amplitude of a-wave of the middle dose group was higher than that of the model group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Middle dose and high dose the modified zhujingwan decoction have protective effect on lower of a wave of F-ERG after rats retinal photo damage.High dose the modified zhujingwan decoction may be effective for protection of b wave of F-ERG.
