【摘要】 将客户订单分离点(CODP)重新定位,探讨延迟策略在虚拟企业生产系统中的应用,实现计划与控制对象前移、控制延迟和交付延迟;在MRPⅡ和分层动态BOM的基础上,提出了基于延迟策略的虚拟企业生产计划与控制模型。该模型具有较好的敏捷性与柔性,可减小产品个性化的生产比例,降低虚拟企业生产计划与控制过程的复杂性与难度,提升虚拟企业生产系统的管理水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 At first,this paper located the customer order decoupling point once more,and probed into the applications of postponement strategy in the production systems of virtual enterprises,thereby brough about the planning and controlling object moving forward,controlling and delivering postponement.Then on the basis of MRPⅡ and dynamic layering of BOM,we put forward a production planning and controlling pattern of virtual enterprises based on postponement.This pattern has better agility together with flexibility,the manufacturing proportion of individualizing production can be decreased,the complexity and difficulty against the production planning and controlling of virtual enterprises are cut down,and the administration level of virtual enterprise production systems are advanced.更多还原
